Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Delivery Information

We aim to ship all standard orders from our China warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.

If the delivery of your order is critical, we recommend Priority. Order before 12 p.m. for next-day delivery.

We will find that the Premium delivery service is available in China for all of our shipments. They will send you an SMS and/or email with a pre-delivery notification and an estimated delivery time.

If you are not home, you can track your parcel using the iOS / Android App and leave delivery instructions.

Delivery Options and Costs

We have cooperated with international delivery agents for years. Delivery agents and fees vary based on where you are located; please contact us to learn more after you purchase from us. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

We provide a free 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date.

You have the right to inspect the product, and if you wish to return it after inspection, please do so with no damage to the product or its packaging.
Returns must be in resellable condition. Used products cannot be returned unless both parties agree they are defective.

Goods for return must be shipped to us within 14 days of your notification of intent to return them or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.
All goods will be inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds, including delivery charges (where paid), will be made within 14 days of either us receiving the goods back or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, proof of tracked shipping), whichever comes first.

  • Your full name, your order number and the date of purchase
  • The reason for return (e.g unwanted, faulty, etc.)
  • If the item(s) arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement (stock permitting).

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
